3. Member: refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with 'greenvil.', receives information announced by 'greenvil.', and can use the services provided by 'greenvil.', and in principle includes 'corporate members'.

4. Corporate Member: 'greenvil.' can provide services to individuals such as executives and employees of a company or organization through a separate contract with a company or organization, and individuals who use the services provided through the contract method are defined as corporate members. .

5. Account: Issued for the purpose of identification of 'member' information so that 'greenvil.' can manage 'member' identity, login, information change, payment information, etc. when registering as a 'member'. Letters, numbers, and special characters. This refers to information consisting of a combination of etc.

6. Post: Refers to information or materials such as text, images, voices, videos, links, etc. created by a ‘member’ in the process of using the service.

12. 13. Cancellation of subscription: This means that the ‘member’ cancels the ‘payment’ of the ‘paid service’ and immediately stops using the ‘paid service’. If a ‘member’ who uses a ‘regular subscription’ cancels the subscription, the cancellation of the ‘regular subscription’ is automatically done. 14. Article 3 [Compliance with laws]

Article 4 [Interpretation of Terms and Conditions]

Article 5 [Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions]

Article 6 [Notice to members]

① If there is anything that needs to be notified to a 'member,' 'greenvil.' will notify the 'member' individually through contact information such as email address or phone number disclosed by the 'member', or through a pop-up message or notification message through the app. You can. However, if individual notification is difficult due to a ‘member’ not filling out or changing contact information, deleting or not using the app, etc., individual notification can be replaced by posting on the bulletin board of ‘greenvil.’ for more than 7 days.

② In the case of notification to all ‘members,’ ‘greenvil.’ may replace the individual notice in the preceding paragraph by posting on ‘greenvil.’’s bulletin board for more than 7 days. However, matters that have a significant impact on the ‘member’s’ transactions will be notified in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

 

Article 7 [Obligations of the Company]

① ‘greenvil.’ does not engage in any acts that violate the law or these Terms and Conditions, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services.

② 'greenvil.' operates a security system appropriate to the current level of development of Internet security technology and the nature of the services provided by 'greenvil.' so that 'members' can safely use the service.

③ ‘greenvil.’ may restrict or suspend all or part of the ‘Content’ if normal service provision is impossible due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or surge in service use. However, in this case, the reason and period will be notified to the ‘member’ in advance or after the fact.

④ ‘greenvil.’ must process opinions or complaints raised by ‘members’ using the service if it deems them to be legitimate. However, if it is difficult to process immediately, 'greenvil.' will notify the 'member' of the reason and processing schedule. At this time, the processing process is communicated to ‘members’ through methods such as bulletin boards.

⑤ ‘greenvil.’ compensates for damages suffered by ‘members’ by violating ‘greenvil.’’s obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
