Chapter 1. General Terms
Article 1. [Purpose]
These Terms set the basic rules for using greenvil.'s services, such as web/mobile content, e-books, and news.
Article 2. [Definitions]
Key terms used in these Terms are as follows:

Content: Any expression used in information networks—such as symbols, text, audio, sound, images, and video—or information produced or processed in print or electronic form to enhance storage or use, as defined in Article 2(1)(1) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

greenvil.: An entity engaged in economic activities related to the content industry, providing services through web and mobile platforms.

Member: A person (including corporations) who enters into a service contract with greenvil. and is eligible to receive information and use the services.

Corporate Member: An individual using the service under a separate contract made between greenvil. and a company or institution (e.g., employees).

Account: A unique combination of letters, numbers, or symbols issued for identification, login, profile changes, and payment management.

Post: Any form of content—text, images, audio, video, or links—created by a member while using the service.

Member Service: Paid services provided by greenvil. to members, either through direct payment or agreement with a third party. Paid content offered by third parties or affiliates is not considered part of greenvil.’s services and is not governed by these Terms.

Subscription Member: A paying member who uses the service via recurring payments and receives benefits different from regular members.

Payment: The act of a member paying a fee to greenvil. or a third party to access paid services.

Subscription: A paid service that auto-renews through monthly or annual charges using a registered payment method.

Cancel Subscription: The act of stopping a paid service. For subscriptions, cancellation also halts auto-renewal. Refunds follow the relevant refund policy.

DRM (Digital Rights Management): Information embedded to protect intellectual property rights, including content ID, rights holder, and usage conditions.

Membership Pass / Coupon / Gift Card: Vouchers issued online or offline to access greenvil.’s paid services. Usage instructions are provided separately.
Article 3. [Compliance with Laws]
In providing content, greenvil. abides by laws including the E-Commerce Act, Advertising Act, Terms Regulation Act, Network Act, Copyright Act, Privacy Act, Youth Protection Act, the Content Industry Promotion Act, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Article 4. [Interpretation]
Matters not stated in these Terms shall follow the above-mentioned laws, related guidelines, or general commercial practices.
Article 5. [Effect and Amendment of Terms]
These Terms are posted online for easy access.
greenvil. may change the Terms if legal.
Changes are posted 7+ days in advance, or 30+ days if unfavorable to users.
No objection = agreement.
Users can leave the service if they disagree.
Some rules may still apply after membership ends.
Article 6. [Member Notification]
greenvil. may contact members individually via email, phone, or in-app notices.
For notices to all members, posts on the official board for 7 or more days may suffice. However, major announcements will be sent individually.
Article 7. [greenvil.’s Obligations]
greenvil. will not violate laws or these Terms and will strive to offer stable services.
Security systems are in place to ensure safe use by members.
In case of natural disasters, power outages, or system failures, services may be partially or fully limited, with notice given before or after the event.
Valid member feedback and complaints will be addressed promptly. If immediate resolution is not possible, the reason and schedule will be shared.
