[Cancellation/Refund] What are the refund criteria for e-books, templates, and VOD services?
E-books, templates, and VOD services fall under 'digital content' as defined in the Framework Act on Promotion of Cultural Industries.
greenvil provides cancellation/refund policies as follows in accordance with applicable laws and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

■ E-book/template

The e-book/template service is a form in which materials are sent at the time of purchase, and provision of content begins immediately upon purchase.
Accordingly, refunds are not possible after purchase.

※ However, if the expert sells the service as a package/additional option separate from the e-book or template materials, partial cancellation is possible in accordance with the refund policy of the service and the agreement between the parties.

■ VOD

VOD service can be canceled or refunded if there is no video playback history within 7 days of purchase.
However, if 7 days have passed since purchase, cancellation or refund is not possible regardless of whether or not you have attended the course.

■ Consumer Goods

If you contact Greenville by attaching a photo of the product that can be verified, Greenville will take responsibility after confirming that the product has a problem.
